Shipping and Delivery Policy for PurCare Store
At PurCare, we are pleased to provide a fast and reliable shipping and delivery service to all our customers. Please read the following terms carefully to understand our shipping and delivery mechanisms:
1. Shipping Methods and Coverage

After your purchase is confirmed, your order will be prepared and handed over to our authorized shipping carrier.

We provide shipping and delivery services to all cities and regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Delivery Timeframes and Shipping Fees
We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible according to the following schedule:

| Inside Riyadh | 1 to 2 business days | 19 SAR only |
| Outside Riyadh (All other KSA cities) | 2 to 5 business days | 19 SAR only |
Note regarding business days: Friday is the shipping company's weekly day off. Handing over and processing of ready orders to the shipping company will resume on Saturday.
3. Order Modification and Cancellation Terms

Completed Order Status: Orders cannot be modified, edited, or canceled under any circumstances once the order status changes to (Completed / Fulfilled / In Transit).

Shipping Carrier Delays: As a limitation of liability, orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to delays caused by the shipping company, provided that the shipment left our warehouse within the specified timeframe.
4. Unclaimed Shipments Policy
If the customer fails to receive or pick up the shipment for any reason, the package will automatically be returned by the shipping company to our store's warehouse. In this scenario, the customer will be offered one of the following two options:

Order Refund: The customer may request a refund for the value of the products, minus the cost of the shipping label (the actual shipping fees incurred).

Reshipping the Order: The customer may request to have the order reshipped, and the customer will be responsible for paying the new reshipping fees.
