Exchange and Return Policy for PurCare Store

To ensure your personal safety and the safety of all our valued customers, and given the nature of the products we offer, as well as in compliance with the standard health and safety procedures in this field; we regret that we cannot accept the return or exchange of products that have been delivered safely and without any defect or shortage.
We only permit returns or exchanges if the products arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete. In such cases, we will fully cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you for free, or refund your money, provided that you contact us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receiving the order, subject to the following terms:

3. Processing Timeframes
Exchanges: The process of shipping and delivering the replacement product takes a maximum of 7 business days from the date we receive the product to be exchanged.
Refunds: The process of refunding the value of the returned product is executed within 14 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned product.
