  • Order Cancellation by the Store: PurCare reserves the right to cancel any purchase order for any internal reason without the obligation to state the reasons, provided that the full amount paid for the order is refunded to the customer.

  • Bank Transfers: When selecting bank transfer as a payment method, the payment must be completed and proof of transfer uploaded within a maximum of 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically and immediately canceled upon the expiration of this period.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Order Cancellations

  • Delayed Shipping: We guarantee at PurCare that your order will be prepared and handed over to shipping companies within a short period. If the shipment of the order is delayed and not handed over to the shipping company for any reason for more than 14 business days, the customer has the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • Third Parties: We utilize third-party services for payments and shipping. In the event of any failure on their part, we promise to follow up and resolve the matter with them; however, any failure by these parties falls outside our direct scope of responsibility, and we do not guarantee its resolution.

  • Order Modifications by Customer: You can add, delete, or modify quantities in your shopping cart before completing the purchase and selecting a payment method.   • Preparation Damage: If a product arrives damaged or broken due to an error in preparation and packaging by our team, you have the right to exchange or return it in accordance with the "Exchange and Return Policy" published on the store.

8. Prices, Taxes, and Complaints

  • Prices and VAT: Prices for products and services include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable on the day of your order. Any systematic changes to the VAT rate will automatically reflect in the prices of products sold by PurCare.

  • Price Adjustment: PurCare reserves the right to modify product prices at any time and without prior notice based on market requirements (such as tax increases, shipping rates, government fees, etc.). New prices become binding immediately upon publication on the store.

  • Refunds: In cases where the customer is eligible for a refund, the transaction will be processed within 14 business days from the confirmation of the return. Refunds are issued electronically to the customer’s card or bank account and not in cash. Once the transfer is confirmed from our end, the arrival of the funds into the customer's account becomes the responsibility of the payment gateway and the issuing bank; PurCare is not liable for any bank-side delays.
